These SMS Terms and Conditions ("SMS Terms") govern your participation in the SMS messaging program operated by Gladiators Painting Inc. ("we," "us," or "our") through AI Front Desk Helper. By providing your mobile number and affirmatively opting in, you agree to these SMS Terms.
Our SMS messaging program sends text messages to mobile numbers that have opted in. Messages relate to inquiries, appointment scheduling, appointment reminders, follow-ups, service notifications, and customer support related to home services delivered by Gladiators Painting and businesses that use AI Front Desk Helper.
You can opt in to receive SMS messages by:
Opt-in is voluntary and is not required to purchase any goods or services. The consent checkbox on our forms is unchecked by default and must be actively checked by you to opt in.
Message frequency varies based on the nature of your inquiry and the activity on your account. Typical participants receive between 1 and 10 messages per month. We do not send marketing or promotional messages outside of the scope of your inquiry without separate, explicit consent.
Message and data rates may apply. Standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply to messages you send and receive. We do not charge a separate fee for the SMS program. Contact your mobile carrier for details about your specific plan.
You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying with any of the following keywords to any message we send:
STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT, OPTOUT, REVOKE
After you opt out, you will receive a single confirmation message and no further messages from the program. To rejoin, reply START or SUBSCRIBE, or submit a new opt-in form.

The SMS program is supported by the major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, Boost, MetroPCS, Cricket, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
We do not sell, rent, share, transfer, or otherwise disclose your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how we handle your information.
We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by SMS (where permitted) or by prominent notice on our website. The "Effective date" at the top of this page reflects the most recent update.
